Chris Georgalas - Partner and Personal Trainer
Chris’ training philosophy has been derived from years of participation in athletics from a young age. The life lessons of winning and losing have been engraved in his memory as he has experienced many fortunate moments as well as times of adversity. Chris was a Division I lacrosse player for Loyola College (Maryland). He was a co-captain of a #1 ranked Final Four semifinalist team in 1998. His belief in physical fitness, a strong work ethic, and character have taken him into this profession after six years as an institutional trader for Deutsche Bank on Wall Street. As with many professionals, Chris put his physical fitness on hold as he progressed in his finance career. 30 pounds overweight and slightly hypertensive, Chris decided to change his lifestyle and profession and embrace a life of health and fitness. Through education and hard work Chris was able to achieve his goals and today spends his time helping people of all fitness levels reach their goals. He holds a nationally accredited personal training certification through NSCA and a 500 hour certification from NPTI in personal training and nutrition. He is certified to use Kettlebells and uses sports specific training methods. Chris also holds the required CPR, First Aid and AED certifications.
